2. In the personalization field, enter the following based on the project you have chose:

• Pet Portrait:   Enter your pet's name in the additional order notes.  A good quality headshot of your pet will need to be sent to info@hammerandstainyvnc.com after processing your order.  Please list your name and your order number in the e-mail subject.  Image quality does matter, so please send quality images!  Photo must be received within 24 hours of order placement.  Failure to submit a photo within that timeframe will result in your order being canceled and subject to a 30% restocking fee!
• Home Portrait:  Enter your address or home name in the additional order notes.  A quality photo of your home will need to be sent to info@hammerandstainyvnc.com after processing your order.  Please list your name and order number in the e-mail subject.  Photo must be received within 24 hours of order placement.  Failure to submit a photo within that timeframe will result in your order being canceled and subject to a 30% restocking fee!
• Faceless Family Portrait: This option can either be painted or 3D!  A quality photo of your family will need to be sent to info@hammerandstainyvnc.com after processing your order.  Please list your name and order number in the e-mail subject.  Photo must be received within 24 hours of order placement.  Failure to submit a photo within that timeframe will result in your order being canceled and subject to a 30% restocking fee!
• For all projects:  Note the stain (background color) desired and up to five paint colors to be used on the project.
