On the personalization form, enter the personalized data needed in order to prepare your product based on the product image: Initial, Name, and paint color. This information will not be accepted after order placement under any circumstances and failure to include this information prior to checkout will result in a generic F initial reading FAMILY painted black. Due to the customized nature of this item, there will be no refunds!
