As the host(ess), YOU are responsible for inviting guests and making sure they register by your registration deadline. The deadline for ALL guests to register is a minimum of 7 days prior to your event.  We cannot make exceptions to this timeline, so please make sure your guests are aware of the registration deadline noted on your party link.

 

Your non-refundable deposit serves as our travel fee for your off-site event. Cancellation of this event for any reason will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

NOTICE: 10 PAID PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED FOR US TO INSTRUCT YOUR EVENT. IF YOU DO NOT SECURE 10 PAID SEATS, ALL PURCHASED PROJECTS WILL BE PACKED AS A HAMMER AT HOME KIT THAT CAN EITHER BE PICKED UP IN WINSTON-SALEM OR SHIPPED AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE. 

As the host(ess) for an offsite event you must make sure the following is readily available to us for the event:

-Flat surfaces for guests to complete their projects (preferably tables)

-Any required floor protection if necessary [we do not provide tarps or any other protective surfaces and are not responsible for any mishaps with our provided materials]

-A trash can

ALL guests that plan to attend MUST register by the deadline! ONLY those who have registered can be in the instruction space to avoid unnecessary disruptions, so please be sure everyone registers. Unregistered guests will not be permitted in the instruction space regardless of age or relationship to the party host(ess). 

Food and beverages are not only permitted, but encouraged!

Once someone has registered and picked their project/design NO CHANGES can be made. Please make sure everyone understands this. 

Once your deposit has been paid, our workshop coordinator will contact you to go over project choices and set up your exclusive registration link.
